Easy, All-Inclusive Pricing 2 Hours
Fully packaged, all-inclusive experiences — staffing, service, gratuity, tax, setup/teardown, and one of our curated surprise carts are already built in for a seamless booking experience.
✦ Recommended serving estimate: 1.5 pops × number of guests for optimal flow and no wait times.
For 500+ guests (or multi-cart / multi-day service), submit the inquiry and we’ll build a tailored proposal.
All packages include a dedicated professional server, curated menu, and our boutique cart service.
Additional Add-Ons Optional
Add-ons are priced separately and do not include tax or gratuity.
- Extra Staff Hour — +$150 per additional hour
- Extended Setup — +$150
Required when load-in is more than 50 ft from unloading/parking. - Travel & Parking — Based on venue location (client prepays or validates)

Branding Specs & Past Vendor List After Booking
Custom branding is client-sourced and brought on the day of the event. We do not produce branded materials in-house by default, ensuring you maintain full creative control and your preferred turnaround time.
After booking, you’ll receive our Branding Specification Packet (exact cart dimensions + sizing), plus a curated vendor list for effortless ordering of sticks, wrappers, and cart panels.
Concierge option: Based on availability, we can offer select branding production in-house for a concierge fee. (If available, you’ll see this line item on your proposal.)

White-Label / Brand Neutral Execution
All BTP branding is removed to allow for a fully white-labeled experience aligned with the client’s brand: $400 placement fee.
Prefer partial white-labeling (some BTP branding remains)? $150 placement fee.
This fee helps offset the missed marketing opportunity when our branding is covered at your event.

Logistics Details
- Footprint Required: 8 ft × 8 ft
- Shade: Preferred but not required (umbrella is primarily for presentation)
- Setup & Teardown: 15 minutes setup + 15 minutes teardown included in all packages
Payment & Booking Policy
Payment
- All payments must be made in advance — our staff does not accept cash or card from guests at the cart.
- If you’re selling tickets to redeem pops, we’re happy to accept those tickets at service to help you recover costs.
- Complete payment via Zelle to receive our preferred client rate (details on your proposal).
Book & Save
- Bookings are first-come, first-served once payment is received.
- Dates are not held without full payment.
