Easy, All-Inclusive Pricing 2 Hours

Fully packaged, all-inclusive experiences — staffing, service, gratuity, tax, setup/teardown, and one of our curated surprise carts are already built in for a seamless booking experience. The below includes Chef's Pick non boozy pops.

All packages include a dedicated professional server, curated menu, and our boutique cart service.

  • Extra Staff Hour — +$150 per additional hour
  • Extended Setup — +$150
    Required when load-in is more than 50 ft from unloading/parking.
  • Travel & Parking — Based on venue location (client prepays or validates)

Pickup & Delivery Options

Flexible fulfillment options depending on your event needs:

  • Pickup (Recommended) — Complimentary in Redondo Beach / Torrance
  • LA Drop-Off$250

Non Boozy Pops are priced at $6 each and boozy pops are $8 each. Both come in boxes (not coolers).

Clients are responsible for maintaining frozen storage upon arrival. We recommend using dry ice, which can be purchased from most local grocery stores.

For display, most clients use galvanized tubs or coolers (available at stores like World Market or HomeGoods) for a clean, elevated presentation.

Boozy Pops Upgrade

Looking to elevate the experience? Boozy pops are a guest favorite for brand activations, VIP lounges, and evening events.

We offer boozy cocktail pops at $8 each.

Boozy pops are served in sleek sleeves / tubes (not on sticks), allowing us to increase the alcohol content so guests can actually taste the cocktail.

White-Label / Brand Neutral Execution

All BTP branding is removed to allow for a fully white-labeled experience aligned with the client’s brand: $200 placement fee.

Prefer partial white-labeling (some BTP branding remains)? $100 placement fee.

This fee helps offset the missed marketing opportunity when our branding is covered at your event.

Logistics Details

  • Footprint Required: 8 ft × 8 ft
  • Shade: Preferred but not required (umbrella is primarily for presentation)
  • Setup & Teardown: 15 minutes setup + 15 minutes teardown included in all packages

Payment & Booking Policy

Payment

  • All payments must be made in advance — our staff does not accept cash or card from guests at the cart.
  • We do not vend directly to the public; however, if you’re distributing tickets for guests to redeem pops, we’re happy to accept those during service
  • Complete payment via Zelle to receive our preferred client rate (details on your proposal). We also accept CC and ACH.

Book & Save

  • Bookings are first-come, first-served once payment is received.
  • Dates are not held without full payment.
