Dry ice is NOT included.
Client is responsible for keeping pops frozen upon delivery.
Custom sticks require a minimum 2 week lead time.
Drop-off arrivals are within a 2 hour delivery window.
Clients may submit a preferred delivery time and we do our best to accommodate.

This proposal is not an automatic agreement or reservation on our end. It is an initial offering based on real-time availability. Despite any email communication, we continue marketing our services until details have been finalized and payment has been received. As a business, we cannot hold dates indefinitely or turn away ready payment while negotiations are ongoing.
