Beach Town Pops started off as a food cart at the Brentwood Farmer’s Market before realizing the high demand for frozen treats in the Los Angeles area.
Once she knew it was safe to take Beach Town Pops to the next level, Ashley went for it, and she was all in!
Ashley loved sharing her delicious frozen creations, especially because of the dedication and amazing ingredients that she added to each recipe. You will not find any sort of funky ingredient that is too hard to pronounce.

Sugar Free Sorbets and Popsicles
To create the best sorbets and popsicles in Los Angeles, Beach Town Pops buys high quality and organic ingredients that are locally produced from farms in Santa Barbara County. That alone gives you an idea of just how fresh, tasty and healthy these frozen treats are when compared to others on the market.
Though their ice cream is not sugar free, Beach Town Pops’ sorbet and popsicles contain no added sugars. They are sweetened by the fruit alone, as well as a few natural sweeteners.
Instead of adding sugar to these frozen treats, Beach Town Pops adds natural sweeteners such as cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, almond extract, mint and more!
Additionally, to get the best out of the sweetness from fruits, only ripe fruits that are in season are used to make the frozen treats. That way, the popsicles and sorbet don’t have any hint of unnecessary sourness to them.
